Welcome!

My name is Veronica (she/her) and I am a licensed massage therapist (#032473), certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage therapist, and registered yoga teacher based in New York. I earned my Massage Therapy license from Pacific College of Health and Science in New York. I was born and raised in Kaimuki, Hawai’i.

About my work

My approach to bodywork is centered around listening to client goals and working with you to achieve them. I work specifically and slowly, and aim to have clients feel comfortable at all levels of depth.

Prenatal and Postpartum massage is something that found me, and I am so thankful it did! I continue to expand my knowledge with pre- and perinatal massage therapy education that is comprehensive, hands-on, and relevant. I place importance of keeping up to date on birth justice and politics, the value of postpartum care, and childbirth education. I offer pregnant and postpartum clients the opportunity to relax, feel better, and tend to aching muscles with appropriate techniques both deep and light.

I teach and practice Yin Yoga and am an avid Muay Thai fan, training at Diamond Heart PCC. I love music and I play the flute and drums in my band, TERMINATor.
